As a health and fitness practitioner for over 25 years, Kim Kolb was the epitome of good health and is a classic role model for healthy living.  After back surgery in 2005 and discovering arthritis in several joints, Kim realized she was not immune to the affects of aging.  In addition, Kim's mom was diagnosed with cancer and was given a few months to live.  Seeing firsthand the destruction of the human body at the cellular level, Kim began her intense journey to understand all she could about achieving optimal health.  This led her to new heights in the healing process along with sole ownership of an exercise facility in Kirtland, Ohio named "Exercise by Design".
