Some quick travel tips

Regarding injectable medications make sure you always carry at least two with you at all times, because one dosage may not be enough!

When flying on airplanes, a great safety tip is to wear a surgical mask to protect from any airborne particles from peanuts that may be opened within the confined area of the plane.

Make sure to wipe seats to remove particles.

Also, masking tape will pull particles from any seat or area that may have been exposed.
